Having grown up with a traditional one-size-fits-all approach to piano lessons, I wanted a different experience for my students: high standards made to feel attainable, a variety of modern repertoire, learning well-rounded skills beyond reading music, incorporating high quality games that enhance learning, and an atmosphere of excitement that helps carry students through challenges.

It’s a joy to see genuine excitement in a student’s eyes when they’ve just heard a piece they’re excited to learn. Whether it’s video game inspired solos, or something fast and flashy, there’s something for everyone.

A special learning environment is created through the right level of challenge, and the good rapport that is cultivated between the teacher, student, and parents. If something isn’t working, we scrap it or change direction so the student doesn’t get stuck.
