School Year

• Lessons are held on Sundays.
• There are 34 scheduled teaching weeks between September 13, 2026, and May 30, 2027.

Scheduled Holidays

The following holidays are include in the tuition:

• Labor Day Weekend – Sun 9/6
• Thanksgiving Break – Sun 11/29
• Winter Break – Sun 12/27 and Sun 1/3
• Spring Break – Sun 3/21. OPEN 3/28

Policies in a nutshell

Payment

• School year tuition is payable in nine equal monthly installments, from September through May.
• Tuition is based on enrollment; there are no credits or refunds for student-missed lessons.
• There is an annual registration fee payable when registering. This holds your spot in the studio and goes towards the cost of students’ sheet music and resources throughout the year.
• A recital fee (TBD) will be charged per family for students participating in recitals within Bucks County.

Attendance

• Rescheduling lessons cannot be guaranteed due to the limited availability of teaching hours. With 24+ hours notice, students may arrange for an asynchronous video lesson.
• If for any reason the teacher must cancel a lesson during the year, she will offer a make-up lesson at a different time, or if a suitable time cannot be arranged, the fee will be credited.

Termination of Lessons

• In the event a student needs to discontinue lessons, one month’s notice is required.
