School Year

• Lessons are held on Saturdays.
• There are 35 scheduled lessons between September 6, 2025, and June 13, 2026.

Scheduled Holidays

The following holidays are not included in the tuition:

• Saturday, November 29: Thanksgiving Break
• Saturday, December 27 through January 3: Winter Break
• Saturday, February 21: February Break
• Saturday, April 18 through Saturday, April 25: Spring Break

Monthly Payments

• The monthly payment amount is divided evenly between the 10 months from September to June inclusive. The fee is the same regardless of the number of lessons scheduled in each month.
• Tuition is based on enrollment; there are no credits or refunds for student-missed lessons.
• There is an annual registration fee payable when registering. This holds your spot in the studio and goes towards the cost of the student’s books and materials throughout the year.

Missed Lessons

• Tuition reserves a place in the weekly schedule and in a complete program of study, which includes more than the time spent on any one lesson. When a student misses a lesson for any reason, there is no guarantee of a make-up i.e. rescheduling.
• If a student cannot attend in person but is available at the same time, they can have an online lesson. A video lesson can be arranged with advance notice if a student cannot attend at all that day.
• If for any reason the teacher must cancel a lesson during the year, she will offer a make-up lesson at a different time, or if a suitable time cannot be arranged, the fee will be credited.

Termination of Lessons

• In the event a student needs to discontinue lessons, one month’s notice is required.
